ซีรี่ย์เกาหลี Chimera 2021 มีเหตุรถระเบิดขึ้นใจกลางเมืองและฆ่าคนไป และสาเหตุของการระเบิดก็ยังไม่มีใครรู้ ชาแจฮวาน สายสืบจากทีมอาชญากรรมรุนแรงสังเกตเห็นอะไรแปลกประหลาดที่จุดเกิดเหตุ และยูจีน แฮทธาเวย์ เจ้าหน้าที่เอฟบีไอที่ถูกส่งตัวมายังเกาหลี ก็ช่วยเขาหาสาเหตุด้วยอีกแรง หลังจากนั้นแจฮวานก็ได้ตามล่าผู้ต้องสงสัย จนในตอนสุดท้าย เขาต้องเผชิญหน้ากับคนลึกลับคนหนึ่ง

Chimera incident, a serial murder and explosion crime that shook the year of 1984, takes place exactly the same thirty five years later in 2019. Just like the terrible explosion in the past, the murder of the crime is called Chimera, a monster in the Greek myth with the head of a lion, body as a goat, and tail as a snake that shoots fire through its throat.
